You are now able to control the training of your horse more precisely. Speed and differences in altitude can be compared with the horse’s heart rate. The possibility of analyzing all the data afterwards, enables you to get a better understanding of the horse's workload in training or competition. The newly gained knowledge can then be used to tailor the horse’s training program in order to cope with the level of exertion and stress attained during competition.
Compatible with existing Polar RS800’s, the Polar G3 sensor is available as an upgrade purchase or as a complete package with the Polar RS800CX G3 GPS system. The new Polar Equine WearLink transmitter W.I.N.D. is a coded and wireless textile transmitter with 2.4GHz transmission, which is disturbance-free from all other electronic devices preventing cross talk from other heart rate monitors in group situations.
Built to last, the rigorous standards to which the Polar Equine WearLink transmitter W.I.N.D. is designed guarantee maximum quality. The transmitter has a changeable battery and it delivers up to two years of use exercising 20 hours a week. The transmitter is ECG accurate.
Its longer transmission range (over 15 feet or 5 meters) allows, for example, the harness driver to monitor the horse’s heart rate wirelessly from the seat of the sulky.
