This model replaces the Equine S610i heart rate monitor. The Polar Equine S625X - horse heart rate monitor is a PC downloading Equine Heart Rate Monitor with the additon of a useful altimeter. It offers the user the ability
to exercise their horse within specific heart rate training zones and then to fully analyse the session on Windows PC post exercise.
The Polar S625X
also utilises state of the art infrared technology with a separately
available Polar Infrared Interface for transferring the training data
to PC for further analysis by Polar ProTrainer 5.0 (equine version) which
comes along with this product. The new Polar equine S625X horse heart rate monitoring software incorporates
altitude as well as heart rate.
The Polar Equine S625x measures and records horse heart rate and altitude reliably. With the Infrared technology, you can download your files faster than ever before. Get back from your ride and in seconds, the most in-depth performance analysis is right there on your PC (optional IR interface required).
New enhanced Polar Protrainer 5, Equine Edition software lets you look at your workouts every 5, 15 or 60 seconds. The Polar equine S625x is a powerful model designed for the ultimate in sports performance. Incredible storage accuracy and memory monitoring are unmatched and long periods of exercise can be checked for future reference. - automatically determines the horse's calorie usage. This
is a great way of determining the effort and intensity
of different training sessions. We use "calories burnt"
as an indicator / target of effort
per session. It is also useful when aiming to prevent overtraining.
The software shows at a glance "number of calories"
